On December 8, 2024, Brgy. Payao was buzzing with excitement as it hosted the NIDACS Cluster Meet 1, a highly anticipated event. In the days leading up to the event, a team of dedicated scholars and volunteer parents came together to ensure that the venue was clean, safe, and welcoming for all the attendees.
